WhizQuest is a set of Perl-CGI modules developed by the
ISIS group at
Virginia Tech, for putting up interactive
questionnaires on the WWW. It can be used as an assessment tool in a course
or in general as a way to gather free-form text responses from visitors to a site. WhizQuest requires the author to define the questions; it then creates the form to get information from the user, and gives the author password-protected access to the results.
